The Meet Your Rep box

Host a Meet Your Rep event in your department! Having a dedicated presence helps students put a face to the name, voice their ideas, and learn how you can support them.

Tips for a Successful Event

1. Pick High-Footfall Times: Set up near lecture theatres right before/after major lectures, or near common areas/break rooms.

2. Have an Actionable Hook: Ask a simple question on a whiteboard or sticky notes (e.g., "What's one thing you'd change about this term?") so people have an easy reason to stop and talk.

3. Log Feedback: Keep a quick note of common issues or suggestions people mention so you can follow up on them later.
