The Feedback Form is your direct line to York SU. Whether you are reporting an issue in your department, gathering student views, or sharing a recent win, logging your feedback ensures the Union can support you every step of the way.

When Should You Submit Feedback?

You should log feedback whenever you experience or hear about:

• Academic & Course Issues: Concerns about timetabling, assessment feedback delays, module content, or facility access.

• Positive Changes / Wins: A departmental resolution or successful initiative you want to celebrate.

• Blockers: A situation where you’ve tried contacting department staff but aren't getting anywhere.

• General Student Sentiment: Feedback you're actively gathering to gauge student opinion across your course.

Why Fill It Out?

Filling out the form turns isolated student comments into real, lasting change across the university:

• Get Direct SU Support: Tell us what you need, whether that’s 1-on-1 advice, policy data to back up your case, or having SU staff escalate issues directly to university leadership.

• Never Get Ignored: Logged feedback enters an active tracking system with built-in follow-ups (at 14 and 30 days) to make sure issues don't stall in department inboxes.

• Showcase Your Work: We regularly feature rep successes on York SU social media, in the REPort newsletter, and in official student representation reports.
